The human body is a complex organism. You have to learn to listen to it, but also to apply the right amount of pressure to get the most out of it. Together, we’ll learn exactly this. We’ll prepare a training plan for you that takes into account your current fitness level, your time options, and your goals. And then it’s up to you. We can train together, or we’ll let you decide whether to follow our advice on your own.

Based on our conversation, we’ll develop a tailored training plan (minimum 8 weeks) with your goals in mind, and it’s up to you whether you stick to it. Of course, you can discuss it with us at any time, but you’ll be training on your own.
